Hi there,

I’m trying to mirror your demo by allowing products and product categories to have the same base URL.

For example in your demo you have…

Product Category: Computers
URL: http://shoppica-wordpress.com/products/computers/

Product: Super Runners
URL: http://shoppica-wordpress.com/products/computers/super-runners/

I thought this would be achieved by setting the ‘Product category base’ to ‘products’ and ‘Product custom base’ to ‘products/%product_cat%/’ however this results in a page not found page when trying to access a product page. Please could you confirm how the permalink settings are configured for your demo?

Hello,

Why tried to find option to do this in woocommerce, but we were unable to find it.

On http://shoppica-wordpress.com we are using WPEC instead of Woocommerce, but there is option for category herarchy.

Please ask in WooCommerce support forums how to do it.
