Reducing spaces in header

I need to reduces spaces from the header (attached screen shot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c2dt7946), please let me know the changes which needs to be made in the css etc.

Added the css directly to the file but it did not change anything.. i drastically changed the margines but still did not affect the theme

Hi,

You have put the correct code, but maybe there have been some problem, when you’ve saved the document.

We have tried your code live with Firebug and it works just fine.

Try resaving.

I did manage to reduce the logo space but the other space remains as is.. can you let me know the css to change for the other space.. (screen shot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/030ecpw7b)
