I don’t know why- but you can’t set the review stars on the products when leaving a review.
Can you please fix this…
I also had someone who was on windows 7 using internet explorer say that the site was not displaying properly for them. I tried testing it but couldn’t see any problem- if you could check this out as well that would be great.

Also,
Despite me having the option for people to leave comments set to ‘Yes’ it constantly disables the review/comment function on the actual product page.
(PS- would be great if the star ratings were in the actual comment box as well – because users won’t think to scroll up to do the star rating.)

Sorry but this is from WPEC 3.8.11.1, we used to set automatic reviews by default ON, but now they removed the hook and this is not working anymore.
We didnt answer because we dont have a solution yet.
The only way is to enable it for all products manually.
We will post here when we have a solution.

I already have it set manually on every product page- but it still keep on disabling it.
This is quite an important feature to not have working. I am awaiting your next update to solve this issue.

Also are the review stars connected to WPEC? Or is this something from your end?
Because they don’t work either…..
(again- it would be great if they were also in the box where the person submits the review….)

Review stars are part of WPEC functionality. What is the problem with the stars?
Also do you try to edit a product where reviews don`t appear only to resave, because its working this way here.

The problem with the stars is that you can’t select them.
I have already edited and saved a product to get the review system to work but it keeps disabling it again. I already manually set ALL the products to be yes for allow comments, but it doesn’t matter.
I think it is a conflict with your theme to be honest. Have you talked to WPEC to figure out how to fix this together? Am I the only person with this problem?
I really need this issue solved ASAP

We just checked this product: http://www.candlesrecharge.com.au/shop/battery-operated-flameless-candles/amber-battery-operated-tea-light-candles/ and there is reviews box, so it is working.
But you use jetpack comment from and it overwrite our reviews.

It looks like the comment section of the review is working again. So that is good. For how long it will do this I don’t know.
However I don’t think you tried to review by clicking the actual stars as well as commenting. You can not click the stars, you can write a review – but then for the user to rate the product using the star system- this doesn’t work.
(why are the stars not in the comment box as well as where they currently are?)

The star ratings under the price is only to show the product rating, not to rate it from there.
Also your plugin overwrite default comments with new design.

I have tried to see what the review comment should look like through your demo- however you have to be logged in to write a review.
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of what the comment/review tab is meant to look like when a customer adds a review so that I can see the difference.

Don’t worry- I disabled Jetpack comments & I now see where the review stars happen in the comment form.
And for now it looks like the comment being active is ok too.
