Problem :

when customer is on non secure checkout/cart page and they click order

sometimes

they are NOT sent to the secure checkout/checkout page .. instead they are redirected back to the non secure checkout/cart page … thus..unable to place the order costing us sales

After talking to the host … they told me that on the secure checkout/checkout page I should have all refferences to the site made through https instead of just http

I made a test order, using chrome, and somehow it worked this time

I went to the page source and I saw on the right-hand side of the screen a little red button showing 10 errors.. like this :

Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL https://www.urbanones.com/checkout/checkout from frame with URL https://www.facebook.com/plugins/fan.php?api_key=0c18007de6f00f7ecda8c040fb76cd90&connections=8&css=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.urbanones.com%2Fcatalog%2Fview%2Ftheme%2Fshoppica%2Fstylesheet%2Ffacebook.css.php%3F300&height=250&id=292436777488542&locale=en_US&logobar=false&sdk=joey&stream=false&width=300. Question is, How can I fix that?

Thank you.

All links to the resources are exactly as your host recommends – though secure https urls. You could try to upgrade Shoppica to the latest version – 1.0.15, but we aren’t aware of any https bugs with your version also.

The only strange thing on your checkout page is this firebug warning: Image corrupt or truncated: https://www.urbanones.com/image/data/ga.png.
You could try to re-upload this image.

There are also some custom modification, which may cause your issues. You could try do undo/disable them to see if this helps.

ThemeBurn team
