Hi, I have problems using the norwegian carachters æ,ø and å.

I use the widget “HTML” and add that in the ThemeBurn control panel to the main page of the store. I insert HTML, and use the æ,ø or å.

When rendered in the store every national carachter becomes a question mark. That is typical when there is an error in the charachter settings. We usually use UTF-8

In the HTML block view (in the ThemeBurn editor) the æ,ø and å looks normal. The problem occurs when I look at the store’s front end.

There is no change weather I use “ø” or “ø” in the HTML.

I checked also in the database.

In the phpMyAdmin the text looks normal ( Like Æ, Ø and Å)

The only differ from normal is the change from “TEXT” to “LONGTEXT” in the field. No problems earlier for ÆØÅ.

See attachment.

Hi,

We’ve attached a patch that is fixing the problem. Just extract the archive into your store root folder.
