Hello Support,

I don’t know what has happened but the popup that is meant to show after a second or two when you add an item to the cart isn’t showing & the delay in updating the amount in the cart is super slow.

Can you please take a look and fix these two issues.

On another note is there a way to display a message on the product page to tell people when an item will be in stock again?

Thank you,
Danielle

Hello,

Didnt we fixed this bug before? Also you didnt send ftp username in your details.

Your price is updating slowly because all site is working slowly, this can be from the hosting or plugin. You can install Cache plugin.

Hello,

Yes, but it is broken again.
1) The pages load fine but the update to the cart is still slow- I think it’s a separate issue.

2) The time it takes to update the cart once the item is added is way to slow, and then the popup box either doesn’t appear or you can’t see it if you are lower on the page.

3) Also when you add an item to the cart and go to the checkout page and try to update the quantity- it does nothing :(

4) On another note is there a way to display a message on the product page to tell people when an item will be in stock again?

I would appreciate you fixing these issues as they are unprofessional.

I await your update.

Thank you.
Danielle

Hello???

Issues 1 & 2 are still not fixed- can you please update me??

I tried to enable W3 total cache but it conflicted with the checkout page so if there is one you can recommend I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Danielle

Hello,

Try with another cache plugin. Did you test with default WordPress theme how is the speed?

If you’re using WooCommerce, goto the Settings page and click on the Catalog tab and make sure “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” is checked.
