Hello there again,
Is there any way to save the date and time that a user accept newsletters in the newsletter module?
At the present the only info that are saved are the name and the email. Can it be modified so as to save the date and time too? I am asking through some modification i make for the GDPR law.
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Time and date are saved, but not shown in the extension admin panel. Do you need this data displayed?

Hi again,
yes it would be very helpful if i could have these data displayed!
Can you help me on that?
|
|
and of course add these data in the export file!!

Hi,
We’ve prepared a patch that will do what you want. You just need to extract the attached archive into your store’s root folder.

Thank you very much!!
It is working in the admin panel.
Now in the newsletter area it shows Name – Email – Date
But when exporting the csv file it has only 1 column with emails. No names and no date.
please is it possible to modify the exporting file too??

Hi,
Should be added in the CSV file too – at least it works locally. Maybe we will need to check your admin configuration?

Hi,
We’ve checked your website and it seems you haven’t properly uploaded the patch we’ve gave you. We’ve re-uploaded it and now you have the entire exported data.
