I have a third party module and tried to install but it failed. also contacted third party and also tried but they send me the following feedback:
Related to Sales Motivator:
Your theme is not loading correctly modules. Is missing some default opencart features.
I’m afraid we don’t have what to do.
Why to use a theme that overwrite opencart core?
Over all, a the like this will only make store load slower (does a ton of checks and changes on each load)
its about sales motivator from oc-extensions
Do u have any idea what they mean or how to solve?

Hi,
None of our themes overwrites OpenCart’s core – we only add many new features  Unfortunately a third party extension developer cannot see this with only a basic look 
Anyway, there is an option to insert third party modules into Page Builder:

If you are still experiencing problems, please provide admin and ftp access and we will check the problem.

Hi,
We’ve disabled all BE modifications, enabled default theme and now product page returns an error. Once we disable the Sales Motivator, the product page opens up again. There should be some problem with this extension – you have either not installed it correctly or there is some bug in the extension itself. Our advice would be to check the extension developer again and tell him that his plugin does not work with the default theme either.
Once he manages to fix it we will take a look at the integration again.

Unfortunately after we tried to activate BurnEngine again, your website is completely inaccessible. Maybe you will need to make a new clean install. BurnEngine modifications can be still exported though.

Hi,
We’ve just enabled the Sales Motivator extension and it works out of the box:
yourdomain.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=60_64&product_id=5991
The only thing we’ve done was to export a module instance to BurnEngine:
