hi..i cannot find to activate pavillion theme..before this it can..please help me..i install using softtaculous

Hi,

Can you please check the credentials you’ve given again. Your Ftp lacks a username and we also need admin access (user and admin).

i didnt delete any folder..
i already install a new one..please check

Do you have a cpanel or other hosting access? Or maybe you have different ftp settings?
