cache problem

Hi! I have a problem, could you help me. Site: http://madcap.com.ua/.
I deleted all cache from /system/storage/cache then I returned it from back up. But problem is still here.
I cant find Extensions -> Modules, ‘BurnEngine CP’ in admin panel.
Please help!

We will need the website admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
