Can the theme be made to look like/similar to this

Hey Again, I’m trying to get my site looking similar to http://www.workwearexpress.com/ atm this is what ive got going on – workwear4u.net/index.php Things like changing header colour – Prices to show or not show vat on click – left hand nav bar Any help i’ll love you long time	techforce

thanks i managed to change the background of the header to black, however ive tried to change the colour of the text following the instructions i found i cant seem to get it to work! how do i go about this please? i need is white with orange rollover http://www.workwear4u.net/index.php	techforce
