captcha not displayed on contact us page shoppica 2.2.2

I hope you are well. I was hoping for help, and I was refered to post which did not fix my issue, please can some help me, as customers are not able to use the contact form as the captcha is not workig. Am I able to get support please. regards	pboydvis

Sorry for the delayed response. This post must have been dismissed from our support queue somehow. We have tested your site and it seems your issue is not connected with Shoppica. We have disabled Shoppica and tested with the default opencart theme, but the captcha is still not working. There is no connection between the enabling of Shoppica theme and the captcha errors. The url that displays the captcha image – http://vetimagesolutions.co.uk/index.php?route=information/contact/captcha – returns erroneous response and we weren’t able to identify the reason. We think it could be connected with your php server version, which is currently 5.3.3, so you can ask your server administrator for upgrade. Regards, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
