Custom background doesn't work

I am trying to add an image to the side of the mega menu as per the stilish menu.
I go into CATEGORY MENU, click the MEGA MENU option. The CATEGORY INFO> drops down..
but can not add a CUSTOM BACKGROUND image. It does nothing when clicked?

I know its been addressed but the search comes up emply handed.

Here is the screen shot when I try to:

The pointer turns to a hand but does not take you anywhere…

Hi,

We’ve just checked your website administration and the category background seem to work fine. Is this issue still valid?
