Error after installing

Hi there, i get this error after installing;

Unknown: Argument 5 passed to TB_Context::__construct() must be an array, null given, called in /var/www/vhosts/rotterdamsdna.nl/httpdocs/tb_themes/pavilion/library/AdminDispatcher.php on line 95 and defined in /var/www/vhosts/rotterdamsdna.nl/httpdocs/tb_themes/pavilion/library/Context.php on line 42

What is wrong, can anyone help me please?
