I have purchased the template a day ago. And i have some problems. I just installed the Romanian pack extension but i have an issue already. When i select Romanian from the homepage of the site.. everything disappears..like the menu and many others.. why ? In others that extension worked well .. but in this one that did not work as planned. Please help to get Romanian language to my shop in working order. I saw something in the tutorial about taking what is in one folder and translate it with notepad++ but i cannot believe that is the only way .. to do that.. who translates an almost 8mb of php .. text? So please help

Hi,

Can we take a look at your live website? We will need admin and ftp access as well.

You only have to translate a small theme language file, which is little more than 100 rows of keywords.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I already re-installed all the platform again. But in your tutorial you tell me to get the php file and translate it. You dont say that i need to translate from there to there. And the file i have found in the folder you provided it`s an 8mb file an php file. So if you could be more exact would be awsome. Also another problem. I seam to not understand the menu and submenu … i try to make them work but i seam to lose everytime. Maybe my opencart skill is 0 and maybe i expected more from your builder.. i dont know but i run to problems at every step. I have another opened thread here already beside this one.

What i have paid at themeforest an support for 6 moths.. what that means? Support here at forum ? or other way ?

Hi,

1) What is your theme version? No theme version has 8mb language file. The tutorial about localizing gives the exact steps what and where to copy and edit. Can you please be more specific about any further information you need?

2) What is the menu problem? Can you please be more specific? Maybe provide a screenshot, what exactly you want to do?

3) Yes, support is provided here in the forums. Every topic is answered from the support staff.
