Hi!
Did you upload all of the files from the 2.1.2 package ? Especially catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/tb ?
Please, supply FTP details if you think you uploaded everything.

As we suggested above, it seems not all of the files from the 2.1.2 package are uploaded to the server. Please, make sure you upload all of the content from the Shoppica 2.1.2 package.
After you upload everything, your menu issues should be resolved.

Have you enabled your top level categories to appear in the main navigation from: Admin > Catalog > Categories > Category edit > Data > “Top” checkbox option?
If your problem is still presented, you can send your ftp and admin details.

Yes the TOP option is checked.
the issue is with CSS.
