Mobile Response is is super slow

My website is loading at 80% speed on desktop but I have had a continuous issue with load time on my mobile deviced (iphone 4 or ipad). I have not tested this on Android. I have optimized some images but still have to optimize more. I have cache installed and all seems fine there. The only time my website will come up on my phone is if I clear my cache on the website first. It will then load but seconds later if I refresh it will not load again until I clear the cache. Any suggestions? Thanks, B	bardot3
