Move Coupon Field in Cart

How would I go about moving the coupon field so it was always visible and off to the left of the cart totals section? Almost everyone who has been testing our site asks where they’re supposed to enter the coupons as it’s not obvious enough (apparently) that you have to click to expand the accordion,

Here’s a mockup of what I am trying to acheive.

Hi,

We will need the ftp access, so we can try to move it for you.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
