Problem after installed Shoppica WordPress Theme

Hi Support Team,

I installed shoppica wordpress theme but it doesn’t have the same layout, info and me like what it’s presented in Demo site. I re-installed many times because when I imported 2XMLs (page & product), i gave me error with “Timeout” all the times. I did put 777 permission on “Upload” folder but also didn’t work. Here’s all issues that I got so far:

1. At “Shop” tab, It doesn’t popup the product categories while mouse over. It gives this only : [productspage]

2. At “My Account” tab, it gives me only : [userlog]

Please help.

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

You didnt configure pages in WP Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Pages.

We have set it for Shop and My Account. Please set other pages too.
