Problems adding images into Pavilion content area

I have a problem adding in an image into the pavilion > theme options > content area > information page > walking books > row 2 > 1st right hand text column

Previously we have an image called map which was 397 x 681 pixels and we updated a new map image called map 2 and uploaded to image library.

However when we add into above text area box it adds the image at a set size of 100 x 100 and the preview window as a load of Lorem ipsum text too.

How can we insert our image here as we did previously please? I dont want every image to set at 100 x 100 and not sure where the theme is getting those settings
