Product added to cart with no variation selected.

A product that has a variation can still be added to the cart with no variation selected.  The error message appears “x This field is required”, but even so a product is added to the cart.

How can this be resolved so that a product is only added to the cart when a variation is selected?

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Are you sure your, ftp details are opening site directory, because none of our changes is appearing.

Also did you try if its working with default Shoppica theme?

Hi,

Yes, these are the correct FTP credentials. I will reload the Shoppica theme and see if it works. I will let you know what happens.
