Quantity of product show in product page

Hi, I am setting up my online business page now with Shoppica, and I found that at the product page, it shows all the product that I added, (GRID), even i choose “25″ as the quantity show, it doesn’t work at all.

1. How can I set a default number of quantity show? like 16 product ?
2. Why it doesn’t work even i choose it to be 25?

Which E-commerce plugin are you using WPEC or Woocommerce?
