Related Products not showing

Hi there,

I have added related products to a product page under the option >>Related Products >> Up Sell.

But nothing happens.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I have the same problem. I set related products and upsales for all products yet nothing shows on each of my products.

Hello,

Your related products wasnt working because you didnt set your products in category or tags and related products displaying products which are in same category or with same tags.

Please correct this and they will appear.

Hello,

I have setup the Related Products module, tags and also similar category but still doesn’t work. Do you need store credentials to check this issue….?
