Ok so our site is just about ready to launch but I am not happy with the checkout page and how the USPS calculator is integrated into it. I was wondering if I could get any help at all.
First off, I’m not liking that the accordion starts off closed to enter in the country, state, and zip code (then the update button to calculate the shipping price). When testing with people not involved with building the site, they tend to go right to the billing and shipping information, skipping the accordion they need to click open, and then don’t quite catch why they got the error.
First question, how can I make it so that the accordion starts open?
Next, I don’t like that the billing info requires you to enter the state, country and zip again. Is there any way to get those to pull from the first time you enter than info or vice versa? I also find it weird that State has both a text field (which won’t let you enter text) and a drop down. I think I can go in there myself and remove the text field.
Anyway, is there any way to make the accordion for the USPS calculator open at the page load? And is there anyway to just use the info entered into the shipping fields to calculate the shipping price? I can work around the second issue but my priority is that accordion.
In case you ask for FTP info,
Thanks

Hello I tried replacing the
active: false
with
active: 0
And instead of making the shipping section open it made the coupon section open by default (which is above the shipping section). How do you specify the shipping section only?

Hello,
Set it to active: 1
