What a nightmare

So many people have reported the issue with the latest upgrade – I have just encountered it! Followed instructions to the letter – and I get the stupid message box that stops the site working telling me the theme has not been installed correctly. I deleted the files that were being overridden by the theme uploaded the new ones etc etc. The theme does not work. Giving up with this theme – will purchase a theme that is more reliable when you upgrade 0 out of 10 for the upgrade!!!!	PressKey

Hi, The update should work perfectly. Maybe you miss to do something? We can take a look for you if you want. We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. Best, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
