Please guys, do not use words as ‘URGENT, IMPORTANT, HELP’, uppercase letters and exclamation marks in the post titles. The post titles should contain a short description of your problem and nothing more. Trying to draw attention with fancy words and signs won’t help you to get answers faster (quite the opposite, actually). The support questions are processed in order regardless of how urgent and pressing they are. Only the questions that are not related with Shoppica bugs and issues get lower priority. There are no people with higher privileges in this forum.
