Add menu item showing filters

The store I have migrated has three filters:

Browse By Decade
Browse By Status
Browse By Type

Is it possible to add a menu item that lists all the filters so I don’t have to manually update?

What exactly are these filters? Categories? Default OC filters? Or something else?
