Add small button/link on product page

Where in product.tpl can I add a small link/button next to or under product options? For example I want to add a small link or button for the size guide page next to the size option. And how can I make this button/link open in a small pop-up window without taking the customer away from the product page ? Thank you.	stf86

hello, I have included the code that I found here (for ask a question), I use OC 1.5.1.1, It insert the link on all pages produced, but loses all alignments and puts me in the reviews page immediately after the description of product.
