Adding more photos underneath product images

I know it has the ability to do this and I have it selected to do so within my the theme options but I cant for the life of me figure out how to upload pictures into those spots. I know im probably doing something wrong somewhere.

Hi,

Just upload the photos to the post and they will appear in the gallery if its what you mean.
