Admin Logout!

Hi! Please help me to fix this. When i click mouse in left column (Shoppica 2.1.) in admin, admin log out and report that Invalid token session. I have tried many times Here is pic: http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g171/thuyky7481/soppica.png

You should wait till page will load completely. If it’s not, you will get invalid token message.

Is this problem still valid?

Generally, this issue is caused by missing javascript files. You can try to reupload your theme files.

You need to replace the theme.tpl file, attached to this post.

This should solve your issues.

Today i have check clearly and upload theme.tpl file you gave me but when i click to left column in Store and Design row and chose option. When i save option it is logout. You can see video:

It seems you need to replace on more file in addition to theme.tpl.
I have attached a newly created .zip with the two files you have to upload and replace. This should finally resolve your issues.

I have replace two files but problem is still able! But i still have old file attached in themforest account! Hope next version you will fix this problem!

You didn’t replace the theme_footer.tpl, from this attachment. Replace the both files by uploading them through FTP and your issues should be resolved.

Hi
I’m getting same issue with my shoppica v.2.1.2 >Invalid token session. Please login again.<
tried uploading these files in post #10977 and then it allow to work once I click on Save Settings getting another error:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admin/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help

Just find out that this error -Invalid token session. Please login again.- relates to web hosting server. Just made test clean install of shoppica v.2.1.2 on my other web hosting server and have no issue with -Invalid token session-.
Please can someone point me towards resolving this issue.

Hello!
I could not fix this problem before so i must change webhosting.
When i have this issue the same you, i have installed fresh OC and Shoppica many times but it still happend again. I must change my Webhosting from Imotionhosting.com to Arvixe.com
Now i am using Arvixe. That is good for me.
I do not recommend you change Webhosting!
You could ask Themeburn to help!
