All url to ordered products

Hi member! I am new with opencart, i need help! Is there any way to add hyperlink(url) to product name in account > order history>order infomation. Because i want to know exactly what item in front store when i click mouse to Product name at ordered products section, it will send me to product discription pages. Sincerely!	Levietkien
