Is there a backup plugin solution that you recommend that work 100% with this setup:

Wordpress Version 3.5.1
Shoppica Theme Version 1.2.0
WooCommerce Version 2.0.3
WordPress SEO Version 1.4.4
WordPress Importer Version 0.6

Hello,

Sorry but you have to find plugin in wordpress plugin directory and test it to check if it will work with all of these.

We never tested backup plugins.
