When installing/activate the banner module in admin i get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method TB_CatalogManager::has() in /home/joy2have/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 14
Do you have a solution?

This error is most likely caused by a custom vqmod. Try to disable your vqmods one by one to see which one brings this error.
