I’ve placed the newsletter signup block in the center spot on an empty row divided into thirds. I wanted the signup to appear in the center of the bottom of the page, but instead it shows up on the left. I’ve tried other blocks and they do the same (see screen shot). This seems counter intuitive, is it wrong? If it is supposed to work this way, perhaps there should be a blank spacer block? Thanks.
