Burn Engine “THEME OPTIONS” crashed!

Hi there, I’m having a problem right now. No idea why, the theme options does not work. Refresh it several times still nothing happened. Also, suddenly my fireslider gone, so definitely I can’t change any banner like usual. Please advise if I’m missing something or there’s a bug that I”m not aware about.. Thanks, Faliq	faliq91

Hi Faliq, We’ve logged into your administration and had no problems at all. It may not be connected, but you can update your theme installation with the latest version available at ThemeForest. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

I have attached the screenshot, which previously I have no problem at all in accessing it, but now, the features is not available in the opencart (burnengine) dashboard. I have checked the themeforest, no significant theme update to be download of, only have a full theme download. Appreciate if you can assist. Thanks Rgrds, Faliq	faliq91

Hi Faliq, We’ve checked your admin several times. Again no problems at all with neither Chrome, Firefox or Edge. http://i.imgur.com/zOt4a7F.png About update – your theme version is 1.0.7 and the current one 1.1.5. There are plenty of fixes, you can check the changelog at the bottom of item description page in ThemeForest. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

I’ve updated the version. It seems to me that I can;t access it only when using my PC. When trying to using another PC, all seems fine. So, probably some problem with my PC. Anyway, I’m getting this when viewing my product “Notice: Undefined index: listing_layout in /home/babybooc/public_html/system/vendor/BurnEngine/catalog/plugin/ProductPlugin.php on line 406″. Is there any way to solve this? Many thanks..	faliq91

Hi, Have your tried to re-save your theme settings? We’ve cleared your error log, re-saved theme settings and the problem doesn’t seem to appear anymore. Can you please confirm? BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
