Do you mean the checkout button? I am using simple checkout ext. and it has different style sheet. If you mean the previous button I removed it but this button changed after that.

I added the button and its text is in the center of the page now. The button box width is full page, it stretch from right edge to the left .

I installed the latest version of my checkout ext. and the button returned like a charm.
