Can Upload theme to webhosting

I have bought and downloaded the theme, and after building my site in MAMP I can’t upload the theme to my web hosting, and I’m receiving a “are you sure you want to do that?” messege. Why is that?!

Hello,

Sometimes server denied theme uploading by WP Admin. Please upload it via FTP.

Read theme documentation how to do this.
