Cart box customization

Hallo, is there a way to customize via CSS position and colors of the cart box that appear in the top-right when customer add items to the cart?
I would have it in the center, more viewable.

Can you please, be a bit more specific? Perhaps you can attach a screenshot with the exact modification you have in mid.
