Change Checkout “Continue” Button to “Submit Order”

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to change the “Continue” button at the end of the checkout to something else, like “Submit Order” or something similar. Also, is it possible to put a little warning next to it saying “Click only once”? I’ve attached a picture to see what I’m talking about.
