Change Date of Blog Posts for Opencart Pavilion

I need to add older posts from our former opencart install, and I need to enter in the correct date the post was actually posted.

How can I edit the post date to keep them in the right order, and for them to make sense.

I don’t want a post about 2015 design being dated 2016.

We need the old posts for history and SEO.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this cannot be done from admin panel. You will have to a database editor (PHPMyAdmin e.g.) to do this.

OK, that is what I needed to know.

I can work with that, but it would be nice to be able to edit the date from the Blog interface.

The reason being, you may need to back date posts to date other than today’s date.
