Change language Shoppica theme

Is there an easy way to change the language of the Shoppica theme?

For example, we would like to change the language into dutch.
But do we need to edit every file of the theme manually?

What do you mean with opencart?
I don’t know what to do with the dutch opencart language file.

Our new translate file works great, except for the widgets.

We change the value for ‘No comments’, but the recent posts widget still shows ‘No comments’ and we have change this in Poedit.
