Hello :)

Recently i have purchased plugin: predictive search pro, I wonder if it is possible to change theme search bar in the top of the page into predictive search pro.

In plugin it says:

Copy and paste this global function into your themes header.php file to replace any existing search function. (Be sure to delete the existing WordPress, WooCommerce or Theme search function)
<?php if(function_exists('woo_predictive_search_widget')) woo_predictive_search_widget(); ?> 

Can you help me?

Hi, I can do this mod for you for $20 as I have done it on mine. Takes a bit of work to get it working but I have it working on mine.
