Hi again,

i have again one more issue.

Issue-1: i receive a issue by order approve and payment method choosing. I see so an error.

Notice: Undefined index: fax in /home/u7504978/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_storage_modification_catalog_controller_checkout_confirm.php on line 142

Issue-2 After checkout and paying should the web site back to account/ paying site as like paying successed. But a see empty site in this adress

I contacted with developer. Developer said to me that the callback function hasn’t been work under Kiddos. Otherwise works gut.!

3- After this selling i don’t see any orders and sales in admin website, although the order in issue-2 proceeded in payment transaction and money paid in payment company.

1- Error in website in choosing of payment method.
2- Callback method doesn’t work under theme. After paying with Credit Card doesn’t come back the website checkout or account in front-end. It needs any modification code.
3-After ordering and selling doesn’t show any infos for this selling in Total Order and Total Selling in Dashboard in admin web site. This is that any mechanism doesn’t recognize the ordering and selling.

Can you help me for those?

Yesterday called me a customer. She tried buy an article with credit card in our website.

1- after checkout she saw only empty site as like above written.
2- I checked in Dashboard in Admin site. I didn’t see any new customer and new order and sales.
3- Therefore i didn’t receive any e-mail about to order and sale.
4- after your code nobody touched in admin and ftp site!!!
5- Can you help please immediately?
6- our web site in live version and lost customers.

i think you have mailserver issue. Your Mailserver doesn’t accept any E-Mail!!!

I think almost every extension implemented for opencart default theme. For every such as issues can you save your time and effort!!!

We’ve switched to the default theme and checked the credit card payment plugin using a couple of these testing cards:

Unfortunately even using the default theme there was a problem and the transaction was not accepted.

As far as we can see this is not a theme related issue and we cannot do much here.

this is not true. Developer wrote me that his program for default theme and not his issue.
Your theme doesn’t allow to pay with this. Before your last changing worked this extension. After your code modification doesn’t work any more.

Your answer after 2 months is very very simple!!!

This is theme related issue because your theme doesn’t allow to pay any more. can we go to themeforest to investigate this issue???

I deactivated to purchase credit card and i tried only
Over bank money sending.
But i don’t see ever total orders in admin.
You wrote above last issue depend on extension not your theme.
Bu i don’t see new customer and sale and order in admin.
What did you change in last modification?
If a customer buy an article, where can i see it in admin the changing in orders and sales?
This part of web site is default and i deactivated online payment.
Please try to purchase any article in my web site and complete to check out. And go to admin site and show me that you purchase added in orders and sales.

Very good theme but extremely very bad support and feedback!!!
I am waiting fo your solving without finish!!!

All orders are tracked like Missing:

We don’t know what is the real problem here. We’ve also tried to deactivate all modifications but the result was the same. Even with all modifications deactivated and running on the default theme all orders go to “Missing”. This leads us to the conclusion that the problem is not in the Kiddos theme.

You have 48 OCmods, 20 more vqmods and more than 80 extensions – it is impossible for us to debug this massive installation. Our recommendation is to create a new installation, transfer only products, install only BurnEngine and try to add modules one by one.

If you do not want to use Kiddos anymore, we will give you a refund.
