checkout looping (stuck) for international orders

hi again

i dont know why but some international customers are telling me that the checkout page keeps looping or gettting “stuck” just before they decide to click the “place order” button.

are you able to diagnose this?

Ive read it could be a theme bug according to some other forums. could you double check this phenomena .
