Color Themer not showing

I have recently installed Shoppica theme. It is great with the exception that I can not get the color themer to open. When I try pressing the ‘launch color schemer’ button in the Layout Settings panel under the Shoppica module, it opens the homepage with no color themer displayed. What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks for your reply. Here are some more details: 1) Shoppica version 1.0.9 2) Opencart version 1.5.1.1 3) No additional plugins or modifications have been made 4) Problem happens every time.	SidV

We have seen this problem several times. It seems that this is a misconfigured hosting. The maintenance mode won’t also work. Try to put the site in maintenance mode and open in when loggged as admin – you’ll see the regular ‘site is in maintenance mode’ message. The workaround is to open the site like this with index.php after the url. Open the admin panel, go to shoppica config panel, click on ‘show color schemer’ and then open the site with index.php at the end: You will need to register in order to post topics and read replies in the ThemeBurn.com support forums!
