Is there a simple way/easier way to have some changes for cookie-free domain?

I have run a GTMetrix scan of my site and the only thing my site is poor on is the “Use of cookie-free domains” — “Serve static content from a different domain to avoid unnecessary cookie traffic.”

These are the components that are not cookie-free (maybe they should?)
