Create an Account to become visible

I am using Shoppica2 version 2.2.2 for my website.

Every time, people was looking for the link to register an account.

1. Shall I make the text bigger for “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account.” on top of the page?

2. Shall I add the text to “Login” as “Login/Register” at the footer?

3. Any good advises?

Please also show me the way to do one of the above items.
