Date format

I have changed the date format to “j F Y” in WordPress settings, but the date is showing “21 Maj, 2013″ in the blog, and “maj, 2013″ in the archive. 1) Where do I alter it so it will be shown without the comma 2) From where is “Maj” respective “maj” fetched ( upper respective lower case). I wish it to show “21 maj 2013″, and “maj 2013″
