Hello,
I have puchased the theme and installed it, everything is working fine in English language; all demo content installed, page performance is good. But when I switch to Arabic Language the demo content is not applied like in English as well as the page load and performance is very slow.

Could you please help.

Hi,

Will start from back to top:

1) Missing system pages can be restored by clearing theme cache from Theme Settings > System

2) The website slowdown is caused by a strange browser behavior (or possibly a bug). Open system/vendor/BurnEngine/themes/kiddos/styles.css.tpl, find this code block:

body {
  direction: ltr;
}

and replace it with:

#decoration_scene_top {
  direction: ltr;
}

3) Have you added the second language after you’ve installed the sample data? There is no way, we could insert content automatically when new language is created. What you could do is to uninstall BurnEngine theme, add the second language, install the theme and again import sample data.

Point 1 and 2 are solved thank you very much. Regarding Point 3, the language was added before installing the theme. installed opencart with Arabic language by default. I have uninstalled the theme and reinstalled it with different demo, but still in Arabic some blocks are not showing.

Hi,

Difference between the two languages may come from different catalog data (products, categories etc.). E.g. if a product has only one language text and title it will not show for the other language. This could lead to missing blocks due to non available products for the current language.
