Hello TB team,
I was searching for a way to place product dimensions and weight on the product page.
There was this old topic from 2010 about it but can I still use that one?
Or is this functionality build in the Pavilion theme?

Hello Dieter,
The modification discussed in the OpenCart forums will work just fine. The third party extension may need some touch though.

Hi TB Team,
It took some time but got it working using THIS mod.
it was not working out of the box but the developer gives great and fast support. Vqmod is needed so there are no core files touched. Great for future updates.

I actually did not do it myself. The developer gives great and fast support.
Yo should send him an mail and he will fix it!
I took a look at both the original xml file and the updated xml file for pavilion, he added quite some code and changed some.

Does this extension show the additional information for Page Builder custom product blocks (Latest, Featured etc.)?

No it does not.
It shows a couple of extra fields in system–>setting–>options where you can choose to show or not to show dimensions and/or weight in categories and/or product page.
I think it should be a custom block for pagebuilder. Its a great extension!
